Age Of Admittance: We accept children from age zero months to 5years.

Hours Of Opening: 7:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday. P/T: 7:30am to 1pm, 1pm to 6pm. 

Attendance: Please notify the nursery by 9am if your child will be late or will not attend on the day.

Change Of Address And Telephone: Parents should inform the nursery of any changes in address and telephone number. 

Registration Procedures

You are welcome to visit our nursery. Please complete, sign and return an application form with non-refundable registration fees of  £45.00 This will enable us to register your child if we have vacancy or put the name of the child on our waiting list. If agreement is reached, we will invoice you for a one-week retainer , refundable if six weeks written notice is given before your child leaves the nursery.   

Fees

Fees are paid by standing order, cheque or by cash. This is calculated by multiplying the weekly fees by 52 and then dividing it by 12. Fees are payable even when the child does not attend the nursery, on public holidays and at Christmas period when the nursery is closed. The nursery does not accept post-dated cheques. A bank-rejected cheque carries a fine of £15.00 in all cases. If fees are in arrears of more than one week, the child may not be accepted into the nursery. The nursery shall be entitled to serve a formal demand if payment is delayed unnecessarily. 

Fees are paid in advance in all cases. The nursery reserves the right to send a child back if fees are in arrears of more than one week. The nursery reserves the right to increase fees annually. Payment with cheques should be made on Mondays. 

Staff Training: We are closed three days within the year for staff training.

Charges will be made for educational trips and classes such as drama or French.
